Matted Dogs

At our salon, your pet’s comfort always comes first. While we love creating beautiful, styled grooms, we believe in humanity over vanity—meaning we will never put a pet through unnecessary discomfort to achieve a certain look. Severe matting can be painful and stressful for dogs, often pulling tightly on the skin and making brushing unsafe. For this reason: If matting can be safely and gently removed within 15 minutes, we’re happy to work through it. If the matting exceeds 15 minutes, we will transition to a shorter haircut to ensure your pet’s comfort and well-being. In cases of heavy matting, a close shave may be the most humane and safest option. Our goal is always a positive, low-stress experience for your pet—even if that means adjusting the final style.

No Shows

We’re all about good vibes, fresh grooms, and keeping things flowing—but every appointment we book is time set aside just for you and your pup. Our team depends on that time, and there’s a real respect factor in keeping the rhythm. Here’s how we keep things fair and flowing: First no-show → You’ll receive a friendly warning (hey, life happens!) Second no-show → A deposit will be required to lock in future appointments When an appointment is missed without notice, it leaves a gap in the day that can’t be filled—and that directly impacts our team. We’re all about communication, kindness, and keeping the groove going. If something comes up, just let us know—we’ve got you.

Dog's who need extra TLC

Every pup is different —and some just need a little extra time, patience, and TLC to feel comfortable on the table. We’re here for that. Always.  That said, grooming should feel safe for your dog and our team, and sometimes extra care means adjusting the plan. Here’s how we keep the good vibes going: Dogs that are aggressive or highly anxious may require extra time, handling, and support, which can result in a higher grooming cost If a dog’s behavior becomes unsafe, we reserve the right to refuse or stop service—this is always a safety-first decision We’ll always do our best to work with your pup and create a positive experience, at their pace If your dog needs a little extra help, we’re here to guide you. That might look like: Recommending shorter, more frequent visits to build comfort Suggesting calming options like CBD  Referring you to a different grooming environment that better fits your dog’s needs

Drop Off and Pickup

We keep things flowing on a smooth, stress-free schedule so every pup gets the time and care they deserve. Staying on time helps us keep the whole day groovin’   Here’s how we keep it running right: Running late? If you’re more than 15 minutes past your scheduled drop-off, we may need to reschedule or turn away the appointment so we don’t overlap into the next pup’s time Pick-up time matters too! We ask that all pups are picked up within 20 minutes of completion We’ll always do our best to call or text you before your pup is finished so you have a heads up If pick-up goes beyond that 20-minute window, it may result in a boarding fee, as we shift into extended care mode. We’re all about respecting time, keeping the flow smooth, and making sure every dog gets their moment without feeling rushed or overlooked.

What should I do before the appointment?

A smooth groom starts before your pup even hits the table. A little prep goes a long way in keeping your dog comfortable, relaxed, and ready to enjoy their spa day   Here’s how to set the vibe: Potty first, please! A quick bathroom break before drop-off helps your pup feel more comfortable during their groom Skip the big meal right before the appointment—light snacks are okay, but full bellies + grooming = not the best combo Arrive on time so your pup can ease into the experience without feeling rushed Let us know what's goin on!  Share anything we should know—sensitivities, behavior quirks, health updates, and especially if they are on any medications!!!

What Vaccinations are Needed?

We prioritize safety for all pups! Proof of Rabies, Distemper (DHPP), and Bordetella vaccinations is required before any service. Please bring your vet records to your first appointment.
